We have 1 phone line and Eric answers it. You may get a "mailbox is full message" that means he's already on the phone. We don't have voice mail because people call from all over the world expecting us to call them long distance to answer they free tech questions. WE DON'T ANSWER FREE TECHNICAL QUESTIONS FOR NON-CUSTOMERS. But we do have a pay-for service listed below.

If you just need pistons and gaskets we have a shopping cart using Paypal and you can place an order 24/7 and we'll send it the next day.

TECHNICAL

If you're not a customer and looking for information on how to fix your bike yourself, then we have a special package deal for $20 on Paypal. EMAIL TECH QUESTIONS?

Eric gets hundreds of emails everyday and its virtually impossible to answer even a fraction of them. We delete messages where there is nothing in the subject line, or emails with attachments. Because of Internet terrorism whereby people attach a virus to email, we just filter them into the recycle bin.

Eric's policy is to take care of the work in the shop before answering email. If you're a customer, just use the telephone, if you're a non-customer use the Paypal cart for pay-for tech.
